The mystery harmonic form is John Coltrane’s classic, Giant Steps, in Db (instead of B). I’ve included a pdf version that has the chord symbols written above the notes. Click the link below to download:

If you study it carefully, you’ll notice that I’ve used various devices (polymeter, triad cells, upper harmonic tensions, thematic displacement, etc.) to create melodic interest and development, without spelling out the harmony and song form too obviously.
